Please respect my house!!!!!

what a terrible Monday morning

I'm not trying to talk bad on those people... but please, i really feel so fed up with them

It's all about my house renting to a M*L*Y couple. both around 30++, They rented my apartment on February 2008, as its all come with the light in the rooms and each rooms has celling fans as well as the kitchen cabinet is ready for them to use.

At first I saw the husband, quite polite, then 1 month later, he installed the air con in my rooms without seeking of our approval or informed us earlier... fine, I sabar this time as just air con... but inside still unhappy as he should respect us as we are the house owner, anything he want to do with the house, he should inform us earlier.. but not only we found out by ourselves later when we went to collect our letters rental...

Then after few months later, started delaying the house rental... from 1st of each month, started to delay until 5th or 6th of the month... then happened when during Puasa time, he started using Puasa time, his client owe him money thats why he delay teh rental... and asked to pay on mid of the month, 15th, then ok, I let him also as I was at oversea that time, couldnt force anything... Then later 1 week after 15th, rental still not yet pay, then I called him again then he said business slow la, and request to pay me by month end but thats another empty promises again and only pay half month rental. When comes to another month, He still owe me half month rental and havent paid, then I called him again and he said will pay me latest by 7th....

when its come to 7th, empty stories again and when I called him again, he questioned me back whether am I Ah Long and why I keep chasing him rental.... Hey! He owe my rental for 2 months and keep telling fake excuses , of course I got to call him for that as He is still staying at my house for FREE!@^%*&^(*^%%$*

Then that makes me very angry already and I warmed him that he got to move from my house by mid of the month, then he said he couldnt find house and ask to stay until year end... fine... I was so stupid, let them stay again....

Guess what happen again this time, I went to collected the letter this morning and noticed they delay the TNB bill almost RM 200++ and thats the warning letter from TNB that will cut the electric supply on 25th April!!!!!!!!!!! I was so angry and I walked up to ring the house, guess what i saw again? They make a hole on my main door like those hotel door which can see outside from the house inside, and again, they never informed us and request our permission!! @%*&%*^(%%(^#$#

I press the door bell many times and no one come out... I immediated call their telephone, the wife answered. I questioned her that why havent pay the TNB bill and why never inform us as what they did on our house. then she blamed me back that why im so choosy and didnt allow them install aircon, this and that... I was so pissed off, I never said cannot, but at least inform us earlier before doing anything on the house as we are the house owner and they should respect us.....

I was so angry and just tell her that to stay until this month end and ask them to move out as they dont have any house deposit on our hand already and I have the right to call them leave immediately with no need 1 month noticed. Then she said ok.

later a few minutes later, the husband called me with a super polite tone, I was colling down and just listed down and told him what I have got this morning and what Im angry as they dont respect us as we are the hosue owner, and also told him that his clever wife said will move out on month end as I will be collecting the key back... then he use a soft tone and ask to stay for until 15th May and will leave on that day. And he thought he is a good tenants and asked me back whether I am comfirm to ask them leave or not, I just said Yes, comfirmed this time.

Then he only put down the phone.

What the hell with this kind of people... I guess they never take Moral class during highschool and never eat pork, thats why no pig brain and become so stupid and so rude....
